Find your Kindly fit
A good fit is what makes compression comfy. It takes about a minute. All you need is a soft tape measure. No tape? A piece of string and a ruler work too.

How to measure
-
Measure in the morning
Sit with your foot flat on the floor and your knee bent at a right angle. Morning is best, before a long day on your feet.
-
Find the widest part of your calf
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your calf. Keep it snug, not tight. Write down the number in inches.
-
Check your shoe size
Use the shoe size you wear most days. Then match both numbers to the table below.
Find your size
Go by your calf first, then check your shoe size.
