How do I put them on?
Hook a thumb in the loop at the back of the cuff. Slide your foot in until your heel sits in the heel pocket. Pull the loop up and smooth the band flat. There's a little card in every box that shows you.
How tight do they feel?
Snug but gentle. Think of a firm hug, not a squeeze. The compression is 15-20 mmHg, firmest at the ankle and lighter toward the knee.
Is the compression the same in every print?

How do I find my size?
Measure the widest part of your calf and check your shoe size. Our fit guide takes about a minute. If the first size isn't right, the exchange is free.
Do you have wide calf sizes?
Yes. Our 2XL Wide fits calves from 17 to 23 inches and our 3XL Wide fits calves from 22 to 30 inches, with the same gentle compression.
Can men wear them?
Absolutely. L/XL fits men's shoe sizes 7 to 11, and 2XL Wide fits men's 9 to 13. Same gentle compression, same easy-on loop.
