mmHg is how compression is measured. 15-20 is a gentle, everyday level. "Graduated" means it's firmest at the ankle and gets lighter as it goes up toward the knee. It should feel like a firm hug, not a squeeze.
How do I put them on?
Hook a thumb in the loop at the back of the cuff. Slide your foot in until your heel sits in the heel pocket. Pull the loop up and smooth the band flat. There's a little card in every box that shows you.
